I’ve come to realize that I am a sheep

Posted by Twilight Warfare in Random

I’m in my junior year in high school. I have no goals in life, no scholarships, no idea of what I want to do or where I want to go. [college wise] Everyone keeps telling me to take one of those tests that tell you what you’d be interested in. But there’s my problem: I don’t know what path(s) I do and don’t want to take. It’s like I’m a sheep, I just feel better being told what to do and where to go and when to do it.

Another thing I keep hearing is “motivation is the key”…alas, I find another problem. I am difinatly not the most motivated child, in fact if I’m not mistaken, I’m a rather procrastinate individual. I post this under “humor” because I find it funny that so many other kids have the same issue yet I fail to find a resolution…at least at this point in time. [ironically I just realized that environmental protection sounds nice]

Eric…Robin…you two are the coolest people I’ve ever come to know without actually meeting. …<3

Heheh I know exactly what you mean. I was in the same situation. I’m now 20, finnishing my 2nd year of college, and I only just now know what I want to do. I finally decided to do what I want; go into computer design/programming, and try to get a job making games or anime.

I am AWEFUL at procrastinating. I know of 2 or 3 jobs I might be able to get, but I’m too shy to go get them, and I don’t like settling for less than I feel I’m worth. So I know where you are coming from. I’ve always preached against conformity, but I’m somewhat of a sheep myself.

My advice is to think about what you like, and look at possible careers that revolve around it.

As for robin and eric, I went to school with robin, she was sort of a friend, and then she met eric and me and eric were so much alike we hit it off as friends prety much instantly lol.

…Gay. I can’t see my previous post and I cannot repost the same thing.
[Eric you’re awesome for whatever you did to make your site detect this, no joke]
